TRADEMARK OR INCORPORATE
Since trademarks must be registered for ALL categories covered by a particular name. As in XYZ Specialty Foods can be trademarked, but only after ALL food products it makes are registered with the application. This costs hundreds of dollars.
Better to just incorporate the name of the business? In other words, if it is a business name you are trying to protect, can you do this simply by incorporation? Or, must one trademark the business name?
