packaging Needs

I have packaging and labels. But currently the packaging is not exactly the size I need. It's a tiny bit too big and so during shipping the cookies can slide a little. Does anyone know where I can look for a company that makes some sort of a diverder that I might be able to fit in my packaging so the cookies won't shift? I'm trying to keep this product environmentally friendly so I would prefer not to use plastic dividers. Thanks for your help!
