I'm looking for two or three would-be barbecue sauce entrepreneurs who would like to enter a contest in June. It is a charity event in Sonoma and a great opportunity to get some public feedback and recognition. Email me if you're interested and I'll give you the details.

We have be competing in various bbq competitions for the last six years (and placing) and during this have created a one of a kind sauce. People use it for everything (dipping fries, on sandwiches, in stews etc.). It's a ketchup based sauce with no added salt and no added refined sugars. We currently have a bbq booth at the Grand Lake Farmer's Market, Oakland, CA and have quite a following after six months and continue to grow by word of mouth. We'd love to send a sample and see if you think it's good enough for your 2009 competition, we think it is! Our motto is: "So good it'll make you slap your momma" :)
