Hi all! I have a question about establishing contracts with retailers. Does anyone know of a standard contract that a supplier like me can use to establish a contractual relationship with a retailer to sell my herb seasoning product? I would appreciate any help that you can provide, and thanks!

Hi Beth Anne,

You are probably way beyond this subject by now.

Your relationship with a retailer is really based on the retailer agreeing to buy and pay for your products.

That's about it. No contract that I know of.
