I hope that I am not too late. Gourmet Express has a new facility in Greenville, Ky which is the most centrally located spot for distribution in the Eastern US. We currently have a USDA facility in Gridley IL which will stop production June 1 and move to Greenville. Our facility has 3 modern FFS machines with combination scales.
