FOOD WORKER SAFETY ADVICE???

I am an attorney in Tacoma, WA. One of my clients was horribly burned while working as a cook in a private home. Her employer asked her to walk a pot of boiling food from the kitchen to a garage work area to portion it into different packages. Do you know of anyone who advises small businesses in how to meet food & worker safety regulations who might be able to speak to this issue?
