I have four different types of pickles that I sell at 6 different Farmers Markets per week. I accidentally got into Kroger and have several p.o.'s to fulfill. The problem is that my co-packer can barely keep up with production on the amount of product I am currently selling much less dozens of retail locations. (1.) Obviously I need a new co-packer that can keep up with demand but my fear is risking the hand-made quality of my product. Co-packers have been hard to find in Texas. (2.) I also know that I will soon need distribution as well. I'm worried that my ambition is outrunning my current level of talent. Any helpful thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Ben
