We have an opportunity to sell our gluten-free products to a small chain of coffee shops. Unlike our other vendors (who have simply paid for an initial order), this vendor wants a few dozen at no cost. They will sample half and try to sell the other half. If they sell well, they will place their initial order. Is this commonly done?
