I need a little advice. When you work with a co-packer should you micro-manage the process and or let them as professionals do their job. I have tried both approaches and I am frustrated. Thanks in advance, Jan

I have looked through the NASFT Co-packer list and I haven't found many co-packers who produce natural and or organic cookies on the West Coast. Does anyone have any suggestions on other resources that I could use?
