Philip, I just got word of this competition. Can we still send product to your location? Is this a grilling event or a sauce sampling/judging event, let me know. Jake Jake's Barbeque Sauce and Seasonings Company

So I make and sell my own Sweet & Smoky Habanero Sauce. We are very poplur in our area and would like to send in an application and product. But looking through I do really see a tru application anywhere or who is incharge. I just let the sales be the judge of my product and orders go out everyday! California Habenro Blends Inc. Philip,

Just found your opportunity. We're in TN - have a bbq sauce that is killer! It's been bottled with full breakdown of ingredients but the cost to put on the shelves was too high so it's been used for taste tests, friends, family, etc. We travel the world, this sauce is truely one of the best we've EVER tasted and everyone who tries it loves it. It's not just a one meat sauce - it's GREAT on pork, awesome on chicken - even as a wing sauce, and we use it as a steak sauce (much better than ones on the market) and we have friends who use it as a potatoe chip dip :). It's ashamed to let it go unnoticed but even if we put it in a grocery store isle - without marketing - it's not likely to do well. This sauce deserves to go straight to the top.

Is it too late to get involved
and what's required? Any other suggestions?

Cathy
