Hi! I believe you are wanting the "hot fill method" to seal your jars. I am working on that process also. I'm havin a hard time finding a table top hot filler to put my chutney/relish in the jars while it is hot. Anyone out there know of where to ...

Hi Val: Unfortunately I don't know of any system to seal jars in bulk for that application. Certainly their are methods for doing that in production involving nitrogen flushing but nothing I know of for small scale. Sorry ;-) Paul
