- After a 30 year professional career my wife and I move to the Texas Hill country west of Austin in 1995 where my better half turn our small organic garden in to the sizable certified organic farm growing stone fruit ans heirloom vegetables. What did not sell at market went into value added products...our line of artisan foods was born. We continued farming until 2004, where after two yeas of late freezes and a summer of flooding rains we elected let others do the growing and we would concentrate on specialty food business. We relocate to Phoenix, AZ where we are currently base. We continue to manufacture our line of fruit and chili bases hot sauces, preserves and condiments. To date our sale are primarily direct.to the consumer.... internet and at craft and wine & food events. We are looking to move into more wholesale distribution in 2008.
