Northern Lite Foods has been producing specialty food products to stringent customer specifications for many years. We are a certified USDA daily inspected plant with comprehensive HACCP and SSOP in place for safety, sanitation and wholesomeness. We can produce and package products that are indistinguishable from those produced at a companies own kitchens or other co-packers. We have the capacity and staff to take on a variety of projects large or small.

 

In addition to our specialty food production capabilities, REI/Korten can provide transportation and warehousing which allows us to handle every aspect of the business. We are located in Southeast Michigan giving a faster and more cost-effective access to distribution throughout the Midwest.

 

I would like to discuss how we can help develop a co-production plan for the mid-west as well as west coast customers. Our facility would not only save you money, but would also increase available capacity for growth and the launch of new products. Possibilities include full-line production, specific product outsourcing and overflow production among other options.
